Refund policy

Due to the custom made-to-order nature of our services, we can only offer returns in certain conditions. If your plates are received and found to have flaws or quality issues, or do not meet the set out standards for number plates, or do not match the specification set out during the ordering process (options selected when placing your order), you are eligible to return the products to us for a refund.


We do not provide any warranty or returns for instances where the plates have been drilled, and subsequently cracked or broken, and we cannot be held responsible. Drilling holes voids the product warranty, and we only recommend the use of sticky pads, which can be added to your order during the ordering process.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
