IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE SUITABLE PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION AND PROOF OF ENTITLEMENT MATCHING YOUR ORDER DETAILS WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS OF YOUR ORDER, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED. WE ARE LEGALLY REQUIRED TO REQUEST AND RECORD THIS INFORMATION FOR YOUR ORDER. 

PLEASE, AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER, SEND US SUITABLE DOCUMENTS AS PER THE BELOW LIST TO AVOID ORDER DELAY OR CANCELLATION.

Please provide one of each of the following:

Proof of identification (this does not have to be the registered keeper of the vehicle, but must match your order details)

 

  • A valid driving licence, with or without a photo (whether or not it was issued in the United Kingdom)
  • A bill from an electricity, gas or water supplier, a landline phone bill, a council tax bill, or a Northern Ireland rates bill issued within the last 6 months
  • A bank or building society statement issued within the last 6 months
  • A passport (whether or not it was issued in the United Kingdom)
  • A national identity card issued by the government of a state or territory other than the United Kingdom

Proof of entitlement (this must match the registration number you are ordering plates to be produced with)

Your plate(s) will be produced with spacing matching this proof of entitlement to meet our duties of producing road legal and conforming plates.

 

  • Vehicle Registration Certificate (V5C)
  • New keeper supplement (V5C/2)
  • Certificate of entitlement (V750)
  • Retention document (V778)
  • Reminder to get vehicle tax or make a SORN (statutory off-road notification) (V11)
  • Temporary registration certificate (V379)
  • 'Number plate authorisation certificate' (V948 or eV948) with a DVLA stamp
  • 'Trailer number plate authorisation certificate' (eV948/2) with a DVLA stamp
  • Letter of authorisation from a lease or hire company, including a fleet operator, quoting the document reference number from the V5C (vehicle registration certificate)

Returns & Warranty

If your plates are received and found to have flaws or quality issues, or do not meet the set out standards for number plates, or do not match the specification set out during the ordering process (options selected when placing your order), you are eligible to return the products to us for a refund.

We do not provide any warranty or returns for instances where the plates have been drilled, and subsequently cracked or broken, and we cannot be held responsible. Drilling holes voids the product warranty, and we only recommend the use of sticky pads, which can be added to your order during the ordering process.
